ABOUT ABOUT

Join me for Free Yoga Classes in Mechanicsburg!
At least once a week, now through April ... the sooner you start, the more you'll benefit!
Sign up for as many classes as you'd like.

What to expect:
We will be practicing a style called "Power Yoga" also known as Vinyasa.
Those who like to move a lot and get a good workout, this class is for you!
Those who don't should not be intimidated - the beauty of this style of yoga is that there are a ton of modifications. It's literally for E-V-E-R-Y BODY!  You CAN do Yoga, let me show you how!
No experience is needed, all skill levels welcome, ages 18+ please.

Please note:
I am in month 6 of 8 of Evolution Learning Institute's Access Yoga Teacher Training program. I'm not yet a certified Yoga Instructor. These free classes are designed to give me practice in the art of teaching.  Hopefully you don't mind if I get nervous or stumble on my words occasionally. :)  I've been in and around this style of Yoga for years, so I'm very comfortable with the sequence and methodology. Any class with an uncertified teacher should be considered "at your own risk."

What to bring:
 - Yoga Mat, cheap ones are fine
 - WATER (drink a few glasses before class, too)
 - Hand towel or similar - yes, you will probably sweat!
 - An open mind!  Be ready to surprise yourself with what you can do - you are ready NOW!

Class is 100% FREE! If you'd like to make a donation:
At the end of class I'll quickly mention a local non-profit that makes Yoga accessible to underserved communities. AIM to Empower is dedicated to taking yoga out of the studio, uniting neighborhoods, and building community through the power of practice.  ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION TO MAKE A DONATION! But if you feel compelled, we'll happily accept donations of $2, $3, $10 - literally any amount, every dollar helps!

About Me:
My name is Adie. I'm a Mom, an Army Wife, and someone who only discovered Yoga around the age of 39. Yoga has benefitted me in countless ways  - I'm stronger, healthier, more fit, more centered to name a few. I feel SO strongly about the benefits that Yoga can bring to EVERYbody, that I'm currently enrolled in a Teacher Training program to learn even more. I'm excited for you to join me so that I can share my passion for Yoga with you!
